SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping within Europe only. Orders placed before 17:00 CET are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time are normally dispatched the following business day.

All orders are processed and shipped from Sweden using the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Delivery times and shipping rates are displayed during checkout depending on destination and shipping method.

How long before my order ships?

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours after payment has been accepted.

Change of Shipping Address

We are only able to update the address of an order if it has not yet been shipped.

We do not refund nor re-ship shipped orders with faulty or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


FULFILLMENT & RETURNS

QLICUE AB operates the website www.nicnacs.eu (“The Website”).

The Fulfillment & Returns Policies (“Policies”) below are valid for every product order that a consumer places on The Website.

By placing your order, you confirm that you have read, accepted, and agreed to comply with these Policies.

Shipping Area

QLICUE AB only ships to addresses within Europe through The Website.

Order and Purchase Agreement

The purchase agreement will only be concluded after your order has been confirmed by QLICUE AB through a confirmation e-mail.

You need to be at least 21 years old to enter into a contract with QLICUE AB.

The contract can only be concluded with consumers with a delivery address within Europe.

Prices and Fees

QLICUE AB accepts payments via VISA and Mastercard. The payment will only be debited from your account once the order has been dispatched. All payments are securely processed by QLICUE AB’s payment providers.

Unredeemed Packages

A package shipped according to our Shipping Policy that is denied delivery or fails delivery for any reason may be sent back to QLICUE AB.

Complaints and Returns

If a product differs from the purchase agreement or does not otherwise correspond to the description provided by QLICUE AB, you have the right to make a complaint.

The right of complaint only includes faults at delivery.

Depending on the extent of the damage you may receive a replacement, remediation, or a price reduction.

Transport Damages

To claim transport damages you may be required to provide photographic proof and retain the original packaging.

Right of Withdrawal

When shopping online as a consumer within the EU, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal according to applicable consumer protection legislation.

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed oral nicotine products that have been opened after delivery are not eligible for return. Products with limited shelf life or products that deteriorate rapidly are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Returns

We do not generally accept returns on opened products due to hygiene and shelf-life considerations.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

QLICUE AB is not required to fulfill the purchase agreement if fulfillment is prevented due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
